On February 9th, the Boys & Girls Club of the Perham Area and Empowering Kids Perham are teaming up to raise programming funds and increase awareness through the annual Giving Hearts Day fundraiser. We have just 24 hours to reach our goal!

Dueling For A Cause – Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos

We’re bringing the fun back to fundraising! And we want you on stage with us (figuratively, unless you’re a piano prodigy).
It’s an unforgettable evening featuring the wildly talented Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos, and it all benefits Empowering Kids – a local nonprofit changing lives one child, one family, one breakthrough at a time.
This isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s bold. It’s loud. It’s a different kind of night out in Perham! It will be full of laughter, music, and impact. And we’re inviting you to help power it.

Sensory-Friendly Movie – Minecraft
SATURDAY, april 26th, 2025 at 1:30 Pm
Empowering Kids is hosting a special sensory-friendly screening of the movie Minecraft at the Comet Theater in Perham. To create a comfortable environment for all attendees, the theater will feature slightly dimmed lights, reduced volume, and a selection of fidgets and sensory toys. Admission is free for Empowering Kids families and those on the waitlist, while others are welcome to join for a $6 per person fee. Doors will open at 1:00 pm, providing ample time to settle in and enjoy the film. We hope to see you there!
