Empowering Healthy Relationships for Teens + Young Adults 16+
April 16 @ 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Teens and Young Adults are invited to join us on Thursday, April 16 from 5:45-6:45pm at Empowering Kids – ITOW Location to learn about empowering healthy relationships.
Making friends and keeping them is hard! It’s also tough to know if our friendships and relationships are healthy or unhealthy. Boundaries can also be tricky at times. Boundaries at work or school are different than boundaries at home or in the community. Let’s come together to think about the relationships in our lives and how to know if they are healthy or unhealthy. We’ll also think about the different boundaries that we have with different people in our lives and how to be safe and healthy with those boundaries.
Instructor: Katie Thune from Mad Hatter Wellness
